4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically or physically via the website, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and our store. Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the legal grounds of being necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests; and, for marketing activities, on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/1.

5. Parties to Whom Data Is Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the above purposes, to cargo and logistics companies, payment institutions and banks, persons from whom we receive accounting and financial advisory services, our IT service providers such as hosting and e-mail, and authorised public institutions and organisations, in accordance with KVKK Art. 8 and 9. Some service providers’ servers may be located abroad; in this case, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions in KVKK Art. 9.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statutory retention periods set out in the relevant legislation (for example, 10 years for commercial books and documents); at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
  • To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, and notification of these actions to the third parties to whom it was transferred
  • To object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems
  • To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
