How can I pay?

You can place your order with cash on delivery. Contact us for bank transfer and credit card options. At our Istanbul store you can pay in cash or by credit card.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available; for cash-on-delivery orders the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices on the site are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout and stated on your invoice.

Do you make products to measure?

Yes. We can build your cabinet to fit your space, colour and style. Send us your measurements via WhatsApp or phone and we will prepare a quote for you.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order is shipped within 3 working days on average after payment approval and reaches you within 1-7 working days depending on your address. For custom-made products, the lead time is given when you order.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Every day except Sunday, 08:00-18:00, you can see the products and shop at our showroom and store in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul.

Why are your products so affordable?

Because we are the manufacturer. You buy directly from the maker, not from a dealer; we produce in volume and sell at fair prices.

Can I return a product?

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products made to measure cannot be returned.
