Once bank approval has been received, your order is handed over to our contracted courier within an average of 3 business days. Depending on the distance to your delivery address, the courier will deliver your order within 1 to 7 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delivery times for products requiring custom manufacture may vary depending on the production and supply process. The estimated delivery time for such products will be communicated to you when you place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Couriers do not deliver on official public holidays. For orders falling on these days, the delivery process begins on the first business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect the package while the courier is present. If you notice any damage or missing items in the packaging or the product, immediately draw up a “Damage Report” together with the courier and do not accept the product. Please document the situation and contact Fiamak Cooling as soon as possible. Fiamak Cooling is not responsible for damaged products accepted without a report being drawn up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by email or phone. You will be told the estimated date the product will be back in stock, and your waiting period will be set at a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 30 days. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, your payment will be refunded to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At Fiamak Cooling we offer bank transfer, cash on delivery and credit card payment via virtual POS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For cash on delivery and bank transfer payments, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping costs vary according to the product’s volumetric weight\/kg and are stated on each product’s page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When paying by bank transfer, the product is shipped the same day and delivered within 1 day within Istanbul and 2 days outside Istanbul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
